For the layers of legal assistance guaranteed by the state of 2. Probation counselors. Thise curicullas have been tried de layers and 40 probation counselors in summer 2013. Curicullas have to be approved by National Centre for legal assistance guaranteed by the state and Office of Probation. During 2013 year, UNICEF supported ellaboration of two giudelines of juvenile justice for the police and prosecutors and judges. The guidelines were elaborated in partnership with National Institute for Justice and Police Academy.
UNICEF is interested in elaboration of mechanism for training profesionals who will be certified to interview children, victims and witness of crimes ( art. 110/1 CPP). This can be done through consolidate efforts of all implementation partners, advocacy campaign and different kind of assistance.
