NORLAM, 10.000 (tbc). TA. Due to the shortage of trainers in Human Rights this think-tank on a
practical level has been established i.a. as an informal source of
expertise in the field of Human Rights . The activities for 2015 include
i.a. further capacity building of Resource Group members, development
of an on-line learning platform, establishment of cooperation with
Moldova State University for law students and development of proposals
for legislative amendments within relevant fields.
