Description of the situation, of the problems and barriers that determine including the action in the List:

The reconstruction of NIJ premises has been done within the limits the funds allocated for 2013. However, given that the funds allocated were not enough, the NIJ requested the necessary funds for completing the works but they were not allocated. For 2016, 5,000.00 thousand lei were promised for the partial implementation of this action.

1) Arranging the inside yard of NIJ to assure the use of all entries into the NIJ building to provide for dynamic training by different segments at the same time: initial training, training of trainers, conferences, as well as assuring the life and health safety of trainees and NIJ staff in case of fire, earthquake or other emergency situations.

2) Changing the existing carpet and linoleum in training rooms, library and halls due to them being worn-out and experts’ conclusions.
