In the context of establishing new specialized lists of lawyers who provide state guaranteed legal aid it is necessary to provide methodic support to the lawyers specialized in providing state guaranteed legal aid to crime victims and to the lawyers specialized in providing state guaranteed legal aid to asylum seekers, refugees and beneficiaries of humanitarian protection, stateless persons and seekers of statelessness. The guides would serve as a dedicated methodological set, first of all for the lawyers specialized in providing state guaranteed legal aid to the categories of persons named supra but that would be useful for any other professional lawyer who is interested in the specifics of the legal assistance to be provided to such persons.

1. Developing guides for the lawyers specialized in providing state guaranteed legal aid to crime victims:

a) Number of persons involved: 2 experts

b) Drafting period: 15 days

c) Cost person/day: 2.55 thousand

d) Total cost: 15 days x 2.55 thousand x 2 experts = 76.5 thousand lei

Publishing the guides:

a) Number of guides: 500

b) Cost/guide: 80 lei

c) Total cost: 500 x 80 = 40 thousand lei

2. Developing guides for the lawyers specialized in providing state guaranteed legal aid to asylum seekers, refugees, beneficiaries of humanitarian protection, stateless persons and seekers of statelessness

a) Number of persons involved: 2 experts

b) Drafting period: 15 days

c) Cost person/day: 2.55 thousand

d) Total cost: 15 days x 2.55 thousand x 2 experts = 76,5 thousand lei

Publishing of the guides:

a) Number of guides: 500

b) Cost per guide: 80 lei

c) Total cost: 500 x 80 = 40 thousand lei
