I. The NCSGLA aims at creating an online platform for the state guaranteed legal aid[1]. This platform would allow providing distance legal assistance to persons by providing them with main information about their rights and obligations, concrete tools and other types of support for solving legal issues. The online legal information platform would enable people work on solving their legal problems, using accessible language for everyone. It is a kind of immediately available professional legal services. This platform would be interactive and would be based on the real behavior of the person before the legal issue they are facing and, depending on that, it would offer potential options and ways to solve it. This platform would initially include several types of legal problems faced most often by the persons that appeal to state guaranteed legal aid in Moldova, identified in the collected statistics, at the same time having the possibility of configuring new problems. The goal of the platform is to promote and offer solutions for solving the problems efficiently, which would be beneficial to all the persons involved, reducing the time and costs required by the state guaranteed legal aid. The services of this platform would not be paid. 1. Developing the online state guaranteed legal aid platform:

Developing the concept and technical specifications: 30 thousand lei

Developing the information system including the graphical part and the software: 370 thousand lei

Developing the user’s guide and materials for the training of the users: 10 thousand lei

Maintenance services: 40 thousand lei

2. Training of users:

a) Number of persons: 32 (staff of the TO of the NCSGLA)

b) Number of hours of training: 8 h

c) In order to calculate the rent for the training room we take as basis for calculation the average rent cost for a room for one day for 6 h of training + 1h lunch break + 1 h coffee breaks and registration of participants = total: 8h):

We get the following calculation

1 h of rent of room costs 250 lei

Total rent cost: 250 lei x 8 h of rent = 2 thousand lei

e) Coffee breaks: 15 lei/ participant/day x 33 participants (including the trainer) = 0.495 thousand lei

f) Water: 20 lei/participant/day x 33 participants = 0.66 thousand lei

g) Lunch: 100 lei/participant/day x 33 participant = 3.3 thousand lei
