The assistance needed must be either in the form of expertise for conducting the respective study, or in the form of financial assistance for contracting an expert. This study must be merged and conducted jointly with the study on the monitoring of the impact of current regulations in the area of enforcement of court judgments from pt. 3.3.1.1 of the JSRSAP.
The project may contributes to
this activities in the part concerning UNEJ and can contract an expert to do the requested study. The Key Expert 4 on enforcement can also devote few working days - covered by the
project to supervise the production and the concept of the study, in
cooperation with beneficiaries.

The organization has capacities for conducting the study but does not have sufficient funds.
