Justice Sector Reform Strategy 2011-2016
Timeframe: Quarter I 2013 -Quarter II 2014
Level of implementation of the action: Unimplemented.Ministry of Justice, Poalelungi Elena, e-mail elena.poalelungi @justice.gov.md, tel.(022)201413 Developing a collection of sample acts to be prepared by the bailiff would serve as a guide, working tool and point of reference for all the bailiffs, would unify the practices of preparation of acts within the enforcement procedure and subject the act prepared to an assessment based on all the requirements. The collection of acts would assure good functioning of the enforcement of judgments, making it accessible to professions connected to the justice system, including to the parties in the enforcement procedure.
Developing the collection of sample acts: Analyzing the acts prepared as part of the enforcement procedure; Systematizing the acts within the enforcement procedure according to the enforcement documents; Number of persons involved as experts (3); Developing the collection and its publishing.
The project has already planned for the development of handbooks and manuals with UNEJ (i.e updating of the handbook done by USAID in 2009). If this activity covers the request, then the project will do it.
