For the implementation of this action, there have been allocated 60,002 thousand lei for the training of judges, prosecutors, heads of court secretariats, judicial assistants, court clerks, probation counselors, whereas no funds have been planned for the training of related professions because this must be done on a contract basis. However, training activities could be possible for all categories of professions related to the justice system (lawyers, notaries, administrators, meditators, bailiffs, translators, interpreters) if partners willing to cover the training needs were identified.
Description of needs - type and specifics of action (financial, technical, expertise etc.): a) External assistance in organizing at least one seminar for each union of the profession related to the justice system; b) A total of 7 seminars, 25 participants each, one day (8 hours) each; c) Assistance to assure the participants with logistics, assistance to the consultant in organizing, paying the trainers, renting space.
Training days on the Code of ethics for UNEJ (so for the enforcement agents) has already been planned in the project. The project can cooperate with NIJ if needed, to organise joint activities and to check how many training sessions are planned on their side compared to the project planning.
