The project can organise the requested training and fund it, but - as already discussed with the beneficiary - the project cannot limit itself to giving subsidies for practical costs. Hence, EUTAP 4 can finance the entire training, meaning that it will coordinate or contribute to the substantial part of delivery, by engaging also expertise.
The project can coordinate with the NIJ in order to delineate responsibilities in terms of using trainers and their respective involvement (domestic trainers and independent trainers/experts engaged by our project, who will substantively contribute to the design and delivery of the training on the subject matters identified as priorities by the beneficiary in the list of priorities for 2016).
The training course mentioned at the action 6.3.1.p.3 will involve probation counselors, trainings of juvenile probation officers on using the behaviour correction programs.
